I've been a little busy lately working on new outlets to display and sell my photography. I decided to open a gallery with Zazzle (www.zazzle.com/image_americana) and sell my nostalgic images with them while considering using Greeting Card Universe to sell my more artistic images on greeting cards. After I get these two sites going, I will hopefully be working on a portfolio website that will have separate galleries to showcase all the different types of subjects that I shoot.

It's good to see you exploring new avenues for your photography! It's especially nice to read about it after staring at the word "rejected" for a couple of weeks. I hate that word.

Maybe rejected wasn't the right word because like you said it was a positive rejection and they left it open for me to send more. I guess that I should of appreciated the fact that they asked to see more after my initial submission in the first place.

It's hard to appreciate a request for more when the initial response feels negative. These are our children we're sending out in the world! How dare they say no?? But they wouldn't ask to see more if they didn't like your work. It's just a matter of sending them the one they will love.
